Do Illinois Second Chance Lotteries include scratch off tickets?

I know that many states have "Second Chance Lottery Drawing" Where people can submit old non-winning tickets for a chance to win some cash on a second chance raffle style drawing. I just want to know it the wonderful state of Illinois is one of those states and if they include scratch off tickets or do only printed "numbers" tickets apply?
