How to glue a stack of papers (or use bonding agent)?

i am making a coupon book for work, and i want to put it on a tear pad with all of them together (like a normal manufacturer coupon book) were employees can tear one out at a time for the raffle. my question is how do i do this? what type of glue or stripping should i use and any ideas where to get it?
