Having a babyshower and need some advice from experienced mothers. =]?

I am 20 years old, own my own house with my boyfriend we have been together for 4 years..we are expecting a baby boy in august. He will be attending the baby shower, my boyfriends mother got us a nice hall and I've been trying to keep the number of people down but it seems that everyone gets mad if they dont recieve an invite..I am taking a guess that 70 people will be attending at this hall. How many baby shower prizes should I have since there is alot of people who are comming? And any ideas for cheap cute gifts? I was thinking of making my own cupcake mix baskets, also have nicer things for bigger prizes but we are just doing the quick games like candy jars, diaper raffle and stuff. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated! our food will be catered but I do want to have snacks too if you have any ideas. As you can probably tell I have no idea what I am doing. lol but I have one more month to prepare the shower is june 25th. Thank you!
