How the hell do you do an olllie????!!!!!?

I have been trying to Ollie for the last 2 hours and I'm getting real frustrated because I can't get the back wheels of my skate board off the ground. And I have skateboard vauled $200 ,that I won from a raffle so I know it not the board holding me back.help???!!
