What are the most successful/best kinds of fundraisers?

for my senior project i want to organize a very successful fundraiser for my schools band program. we always do car washes, sometimes raffles, selling coupons,mctakeovers, and we've done a rummage sale. i wanna plan something different that will sure to be successful and that will appeal to all people other then just the band parents. i was also thinking of planning out a series of fundraisers if the first one goes well. yeah i know that organizing a successful fundraiser is hard work, but i'm willing to do it for the band! :) any suggestions?
