Would you buy raffle tickets for an apartment?

I have a two bedroom apartment with a shared pool and i want to raffle the apartment i need to know if you would honestly buy a raffle ticket to win a house.. I am currently in the Middle East so it would be to ex pats and people where i live who i know, and also people who work here, anything over the amount i would donate to the children's cancer hospital and i would write this on the ticket. My question in this day and age i am charging �25 per ticket would you buy if any or would you buy more than one??? Please honest and serious anwers only.....
